No, luckily they were after someone else. Probably got bored and thought they would try to p*** someone off.

Looks like it could be a clear night tonight, I might get a decent view of Mars if nothing else.

You could be right about the dog, he was definately sent from another world.

Ooer! I bet that b****red up your night vision! Perhaps some enterprising individual will produce a sign that can be read from the sky to say

"Astronomer at work. No bright lights please"
