I'm still having problems, but I agree it is now having to attempt 2 or 3 times before it works rather than 7 or 8 times. I can only conclude that this site is running on automatic, and there is no one checking posts. :(

Tried this twice before it worked
I use an 11" Celestron SCT (CPC 1100) on an equatorial wedge, housed in a 2.2m Pulsar observatory. I use a ZWO ASI1600MC and Canon 500D for imaging.

That's a shame. I had only one failure in the last ten posts! Must have been lucky :o/

Make that two! :O(

This morning is the worst I've had with a dozen attempts required for most posts.

Over the last few weeks I've sent PMs to every member of the administration team concerning this problem. - some of them several messages. I've alerted them to this thread too. I've had no replies.

I've now also sent an email to the website enquires desk alerting them to the problem, and of the existance of this thread. I am hopeful that this will generate a response.
