Good find Gfamily2! At the bottom of page 10 is the note:
"The 2” focusers of the Messier Series from AR-102 or NT-130 on have a
built in extension tube. Depending on the accessories used, or when using
a camera, it might not be possible to reach the focus. Focus travel to the
inside might not be sufficient in the standard configuration. To reach focus,
unscrew the eyepiece holder, then the following 25mm extension tube.
Screw the eyepiece holder back in place."

On the basis that the NT-150 is the same as the NT-150 referred to in this note, then all you need to do is unscrew the EP holder and screw in the extension tube and the EP holder on to the end of it.

Apologies for bumping the post but just wanted to thank everyone for helping me get over this little hurdle, excellent introduction to the forum.

Focusing no longer an issue and getting some decent views of DSO's.
