The offer appears to be a bundle of an 80mm doublet refractor, 2" diagonal, and one of the Daystar Quark solar filters of your choosing. Price is in dollars so I couldn't say whether it's a good price or not.

I'm not 100% convinced that it will outperform a Coronado PST or a Lunt LS35.

The other idea is to buy just the Quark and use it with an existing telescope.
How can I be one with the universe when we don't know what 96% of it is.
