Hello everyone!

Hi My name is Rudy, I finally decided to get myself a telescope as up until now i've only been using a wide angle and a 300mm lens, then a 500mm with a 2x tele and thought what the hell you only live once, so I got a telescope so I can see a little further than the moon. Needless to say I know very little about telescopes, still got to get a power supply for the SynScan system on my new 10" dobsonian (need to avoid the duds), I've always been fascinated with space, and have millions of theories about space and science. I Would like to get to know some astronomy groups, so that I can learn more about whats above the clouds. Science and Technology is my biggest interest of all, I only wish I could be travelling to all the stars.
Can't wait to start going star gazing!

Welcome to the forum Rudy! A 10" Dob is a very impressive first 'scope. How are you getting on with it?
