Hello SkyScanners

Hello Everbody,

My name is Gert and i am from Holland (so forgive my poor English).
I am into astronomy for 5 years now and started with a bresser Jupiter 70/700 refractor.

At first my interest lay at the Moon and Planets, but after a while Deep Sky got my attention.
That meant another telescope,so now i have a SW 8"Dobson and a SW 130p Flextube.
The 8"dobson opened a whole new world up there!

I like to observe the Messier and NGC objects, i am a great fan of Starcluster.
So thats a little bit about me, for now there's a lot to read on this great forum for me.

Greetings Gert

Hi Gert, I'm interested in Deep Sky objects too!!! I don't actually have a telescope but I'm saving and searching. You've already helped me actually as I was just looking at a Dobsonian telescope... Also, I think your English is great! Not many people can talk about something as complicated as astronomy in another language haha!
