Hi all from rainy Rugby,

Although I have been interested in Astronomy since I was a wee girl (15 or 16 years) I am a complete and utter novice when it comes to finding and picking out deep space objects in the cosmos.

What I need is sort of a beginners guide to "finding my way around as it were" as I love looking at the objects in our solar system but I would love to see some more things a bit further out.

I currently have a Skywatcher Newtonian Reflector (5.1") and I am used to using although now it is up for sale, I need something smaller purely for space saving reasons!

Would a Meade ETX 60, 70 or 80 suit my needs??

Help desparately needed,

Natty
