Hi All
Pleased to "meet" you all.
Some great info on the forums and loving the magazine.
Recent convert to the world of astronomy as I was bought a Celestron 70 refractor for christmas. Since moved up a few inches with the purchase of a Skywatcher 300p auto dob. Yes, I know I have propably missed a few steps on the updgrade path.
Love to be out in the cold night air looking at the planets at the minute, Jupiter is a fantastic sight, though I think I have missed some tricks as even with a 5mm Hyperion eyepiece it still looks pretty small.
Definitely a work in progress.Â
Best wishes to you all, and if you see anyone from Aylesbury can you ask them to turn their lights off at night as the skyglow is terrible!!
Phil
