Just a little moonie 14-11-13

I haven't posted in a while so thought I'd post my recent image of the moon. I don't often do much in the way of lunar imaging as I tend to do more planetary or DSO imaging. I had a look outside so I quickly mounted the scope a Celestron C80ED on an old manual EQ5 mount & connected up the Canon 1000D. I fired off 50 images, stacked & processed them in Photoshop. I was quite pleased being able to get some colour from the image as I'd never managed it before so I'm quite looking forward to having another go again.
