There are some high passes of the ISS over the next few evenings.

The following times and altitudes are based on predictions of when the ISS is highest in the sky for the centre of the British Isles. Generally speaking, observers in the south of the UK will see it higher in the sky and vice versa for Scotland, but the times will be pretty much the same:

January 5th - 17:35 UT - 29 degrees altitude to the south-southeast
January 6th - 18:00 UT - 44 degrees altitude to the south
January 7th - 16:50 UT - 30 degrees altitude to the south-southeast
January 7th - 18:25 UT - 52 degrees altitude to the south
January 8th - 17:14 UT - 45 degrees altitude to the south
January 8th - 18:49 UT - 32 degrees altitude to the west-southwest
January 9th - 17:39 UT - 53 degrees altitude to the south
January 10th - 18:04 UT - 46 degrees altitude to the south-southwest

Here's to clear skies!
