There are four active regions, barely visible in the Sun's disc. Had to use the 4" baader film scope to pick out the Sunspot region 11241. The remenants of 11236 and 11239 are due North and 11240 is in the north west quarter. Could not pick out any sunspot activity in the last three regions. There are two fuzzy broad filaments in the north east quarter and three long distinct ones in the remaining regions. Prominences are around the limb, the most interesting on the south east limb. Here is a large one with two strands forming the shape of a letter 'H', but the most spectacular is a large curved shape rising high above the limb.

Sketched around 10.30am Sunday

Three active regions today with plage, one of which has no designation and is within the south east quarter consisting of three small sunspots, good luck finding it!
There are three long filaments in the disc, two, broad ones in the northern hemisphere and one narrow one in the south east quarter. Prominences are visible around the limb, with an interesing group along the north west limb

Three active regions visible today only two identified. All three have small sunspots and plage, two in the north west quarter and one just in the south east quarter. Large prominences are on the north east and south east limbs. Smaller ones are on the remaining limbs. A long broad filament is in the north east quarter. Worth a look.

There are two small sunspot regions in the southern hemisphere today with plage. A very long broad filament in two parts is across the northern hemisphere. Large prominences are on the north west, south east and west limbs.

There are eight active regions of which seven are named. I managed five named and one not. Five of these regions have visible sunspots. 11249 did not have any I could see. The unnamed one is near the south east limb. A group of three large prominences are on the south west limb and two more on the north west limb.

There are two sunspot regions visible in the north west and south east quarters. The North west region has a particularly large spot worth viewing.
Prominences are scattered around the limb the largest on the north east and south west limbs. A long broad filament is close to the eastern limb.

No sunspots that I can see, but lots of prominences on the limb. The two prominence groups on the north east limb and the one due west are particularly active and worth viewing. There is a large prominence on the south east limb that looks like a 'tangle of flames'. There is a long broad filament visible in the disc due west and another arc shaped one further in.

There are three sunspot regions today, all three are in the southern hemisphere. The largest spots are in AR11271. There are three large spots and three small ones in this region. There are two spots each in AR11272 and AR11274.
Large arched prominences are along the north west limb accompanied by smaller 'spikes'.
A variety of broad filaments are visible within the disc. A huge arched filament is around Ar11271 and five small lines further north. Worth a look.
