Saturn's albedo is a tad under 5 times that of the Moon (which has the same albedo as tarmac!), so its surface brightness will be the same tad under 5x that of the Moon, or a slightly larger tad under 2 magnitudes brighter.

Not so - the illumination is ~80 times weaker due to the greater distance from the Sun (inverse square law).
