Not brilliant, but OK VFM at <£15. If I were you, I'd look at the [url=http://www.strathspey.co.uk/shop/full.php?q=1118253053]Strathspey equivalent[/url]. Not only do they tend to be better-collimated out-of-the-box, but John (the man behind Strathspey) offers customer service that is second to none if things do go wrong.
However, if you can stretch your budget, the [url=http://www.opticron.co.uk/Pages/vegaII.htm]Opticron Vega II[/url] are excellent VFM (IMNSVHO, of course). They also have the advantage that you can add a 2.5x UTA, if you like, giving you a 25x50 spotting scope (mounted use only, of course!).
Lastly, there is some guff on [url=http://astunit.com/tonkinsastro/binoculars/binoculars.htm]my binocular pages[/url] about testing, mounting, etc. -- may save you making a mistake.
