Emission nebula in the constellation cygnus. Heavy Obscured star causing the gas to shine.
Close up shot of the ionisation front. Trying a hubble platte image with narrowband filters to bring out the detail.
Variable weather for the last two weeks so could only capture 6 hours of data. Short nights with only 3 hours imaging possible. But at least there where no dew problems.
Data collected on three nights. 1st, 5th and 7th of June.
HA/OIII/Sii image with 6 hours and 12 minutes of data. 25 x 5min Ha & 21 x 5min Oiii & 19 x 7.5min Sa at 2×2 binning.
