Teleskop service 12″ Richey-Chretien telescope, Skywatcher EQ8 mount,Atik 383L+ camera, Astronomik Sii, Ha, Oiii filters.

Hubble palette image of this supernova remmant in the constellation taurus.

Kept my telescope at f8 for a high resolution image of this object. Captured plenty of detail.

Reduced the star sizes by 4 pixels as the star field was overpowering the image and distracting from the beauty of the nebula.

Cropped the image by a thousand pixels.

Plenty of good of clear nights with excellent visibility this month. January in the past copy of years has had the worst weather.

Data collected on three nights. 31st December 2015 & 14th, 16th January 2016.

Sii/ha/oiii image with 8 hours 15 minutes of data. 10 x 15min Sii, 11 x 15min Ha, 12 x 15min Oiii 1×1 binning.
