I shot this nice dusty area of the sky last year on holliday to France which has great dark skies compared to the light polluted ones we have here in The Netherlands. Originally processed just in PS CS3 I decided to give this data another go using a newly aqcuired processing workflow described by Scott Rosen using a synthetic luminance. I was blown away by the amount of dust that showed up and the colors that were present. This method is sure a big improvement in the processing of OSC DSLR images.
