Nikon D7000 DSLR through a Meade 5000 127mm refractor, mounted on an EQ6.

Nikon cameras have their challenges for astrophotography, but sensitivity to hydrogen alpha is not one of them. I was very pleased to see how well my DSLR had recorded the ionised gases of this emission nebula in Cassiopeia.
