IĂ¢â‚¬â„¢m a reader from Cordoba, Spain. I enclose a picture of the crescent Moon by the Tower of the Cathedral of Cordoba in Southern Spain. The ashen glow was very intense the night of November 21st.
The statue of the top is St. Raphael, the protector of the city. A sculpture done in the 1660s by Pedro de Paz and BernabĂƒÂ© GĂƒÂ³mez del RĂƒÂo. The Cathedral of Cordoba (former Mosque) is included on the UNESCO World Heritage since 1985.
