Normally the moon is my most dreaded enemy when it comes to photography. This month however after having no clear weather for months and awaiting parts to repair my CCD camera i decided to have a go at imaging the moon. It was a waxing gibbous moon at the time (86%) and i particularly liked how the crater walls were lit up on the shadowed side, highlighting just how big the crater walls really are.
