A star party is the best way immerse yourself in astronomy, whether you’re just starting out or have been observing the night sky for years.Star parties are an observer's best friend: a great way to share knowledge, get advice and mix with a wide range of people who share an interest in the astronomy hobby.

Luckily there are many stargazing events occurring across the UK and Ireland, and most of them are annual, meaning if you've missed this year's event you can put the following year's star party in your calendar.
