Difficult and hard galaxy target next on my imaging hit list.

Listed on messier catalogue at 8.9 magnitude but this is spread out over a wide area. So the detail is faint.

Used the lumanice layering technique and a focal reducer to help with this.

Also started imaging run when the altitude was high. When there is less atmosphere in the way.

Three cold nights in a row with excellent visibility. Perfect for galaxy imaging.

Data collected on three nights. 5th, 6th, 7th March

LRGB image with 9 hours and 50 minutes of data. 29 x Lum 11 x Red 9 x Green 10 x Blue 10 minutes exposures.
