Hello from the University of Manchester and the 2012 National Astronomy Meeting.

My name’s Will Gater and I’m the features editor on Sky at Night Magazine.

This week astronomers from around the world are convening here in Manchester to hear about and discuss the latest advances in astronomy and space science.

Over the course of the next two days I’ll be reporting from the conference on what I think are some of the most interesting science stories being discussed here.
