ISS Solar Transit

In this rare solar transit of the International Space Station, the satellite crossed the sun’s disk in less than a second. I needed to carefully plan the timing, exposure and image scale to capture the event using my DSLR camera. Sunspot group AR2403 can also be seen about to leave earth’s view.
