This is an image of the Moon taken on 19 January 2016. I used a celestron astromaster 90 AZ mount and a smart phone. I took it in Halesowen, Birmingham, England. When I took the picture I was waiting for them moon to occulate the stars in the hyades cluster. I allways enjoy viewing this cluster and to see the moon with its glorious craters and mountains pass through it was great!
