Close to NGC300 you can see the galaxy cluster CL0053-37 to the right of this galaxy. The distance of this cluster is estimated to be 2.1 billion light years.
Close to this cluster, a bit more to the right and below it, another cluster can be seen.
If you look closely, the whole FOV around NGC300 contains many faint galaxy clusters
